Milky was surrendered in January with her mother Coco and sister Choc. As is so often the case, the children had lost interest in their piggies and all the upkeep fell to mum and dad who didn't mind that so much but felt sorry for the piggies as they were no longer receiving the attention they'd been used to. After much consideration the family decided the piggies would be better off in a shelter where they would be looked after and hopefully rehomed. Coco and Choc have been adopted and now it's Milky's turn. Milky was quite a timid little girl on arrival at the shelter but has definitely come out of her shell. She is very happy living in a run with eight other piggies but is still looking forward to finding a loving forever home.

The shelter is open each weekend between the hours of 10am and 3pm. Adoptions, surrenders and all other visits are by appointment only.
