The beautiful Blossom was part of a large surrender where males and females, including Karl, were roaming free in the backyard. The owner thought she was doing the right thing by giving them lots of space and keeping them all together as a family. But as the family grew she realised that perhaps it wasn't such a good idea afterall! She surrendered all her piggies to the shelter, including three pregnant females. One of those was Blossom and she gave birth a few weeks later to just one baby, a cute little white male. Blossom is happy and content, residing in a large run with six other guinea pigs. There's only one thing that could make her happier and that is to be adopted into a loving, caring forever home with absolutely no chance of ever being neglected or abandoned.

ADOPTED: Blossom went home today with a lovely family who a year ago adopted Snow - a young desexed male - as a friend for their female piggy Carrot. Sadly Carrot passed away recently and Snow was very lonely so Kate, Paige and Hunter returned to the shelter to find him another friend. Paige particularly likes white animals and she had seen Blossom on the website so her mind was pretty much made up by the time she arrived here. Snow and Blossom made friends immediately so Blossom said goodbye to all her shelter friends and left with her new family to live in Nerang.
