Scruffy is a darling boy with loads of personality. He came here from another shelter in 2009 and spent several weeks out on foster with his new friend Joey. He's back at the shelter now and waiting patiently for the loving forever home I keep telling him is just around the corner. His foster carers adored him, smothering him in kisses and cuddles and are hoping his new family will continue to give him the same attention.

Joey arrived at the shelter last October along with his parents Mr and Mrs Nibbles (Mrs Nibbles has since been adopted) and five siblings. He was very skittish at first but since being paired with Scruffy and cared for so lovingly by his foster family he has calmed down immensely and now enjoys a cuddle almost as much as Scruffy.

I promised Scruffy and Joey a loving home was just around the corner and today I was able to fulfil that promise. A lovely family from Clagiraba saw these boys on the website and came down to meet them. Of course once they arrived at the shelter and saw all the other piggies there were big decisons to be made but Scruffy and Joey won out and were the lucky ones to be taken home. They have many cuddles to look forward to, and even though they are a birthday present for Samantha, Luke has kindly offered to be her assistant.
